Dr. E B S Premdani studied medicine at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) in Amsterdam until his second doctorate and worked as an intern at the University Institution Antwerp (UIA).

He gained practical experience in the VU hospital in Amsterdam and the Liduina hospital in Purmerend. Etienne Premdani switched to Ayurveda in his final year of medicine. He completed his education at The Ayurveda Open University, Poona in India, where he holds the degree of Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine (MD Ayurveda).

Etienne Premdani underwent further training and attended seminars from Prof. Dr. PH Kulkarni, Head of Ayurveda Open University Poona for continuous learning.


Expertise

  • In April 2006 he received the Dhanvantari Award in Australia.
  • In May 2008 he obtained the title Parangat, Master of Ayurveda, at the European Ayurveda Academy.
  • Etienne Premdani has also obtained his PG (Post Graduate) degree in Ayurveda from Middlesex University in London. During his medical studies Etienne Premdani also followed two years of naturopathy at the ABNG (Physicians Association for Biological and Natural Medicine).
  • Dr. Premdani has also obtained the orthomolecular SOE certificate and studied other disciplines in the field of natural medicine, such as Chinese acupuncture and homeopathy. He also completed full training at Dr. Devi Nambudripad’s NAET Institute in America.
  • From 1987 Etienne Premdani is also the official representative of the American Bradford Research Institute. This renowned institute aims, among other things, to provide training in the field of Living Blood Analysis (LBA).
  • Dr. Premdani has been a true inspiration for Rasayu for his dedication to the cause of Ayurveda and its introduction in the Netherlands.

Dr. Mario Romero is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Juniper Biomedical, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States. He received his doctorate in Neuroscience from Tulane University and postdoctoral training from UTSW as an Associate Member of the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation Research Consortium on Spinal Cord Injury.


Expertise

  • Dr. Romero-Ortega is Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Arizona. He is the co-founder of Pioneer Neurotech Inc., USA, and RBI Medical, USA.
  • His work has been presented in more than 190 publications and focuses on the understanding of the molecular mechanisms involved in axon guidance and target recognition, and clinical neuromodulation of the peripheral nervous system.
  • He serves on the Editorial Boards of the Open Journal in Medicine and Biology, and the Journal of Bioelectronic Medicine, and as Associate Editor of Frontiers in Neuro- engineering, and as Reviewer for 31 Scientific Journals and panelist Reviewer for the VA, DoD, NIH and International Foundations.
  • He is the recipient of the 2014 UTA College of Engineering Excellence in Research Award, 2013 Tech Fort Worth Impact Award, Ten Most Promising Life Science Company Award and the 2013 Tech Titans Award in Technology Innovation.

 

Dr. Shriram Yennu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Palliative Care and Rehabilitation Medicine, Division of Cancer Medicine, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX.

Currently Dr. Yennu is an advisory member of many Institutional committees and also chairman of various committees, including the Multinational Association for Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC), Special Interest Group-Geriatric since 2018.
