4. Appointments & Consultations

  • Kindly arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated to us at the earliest convenience
  • Consultation fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by the clinic

5. Treatment & Medicines

Our Ayurvedic medicines and therapies are prescribed on a personalised basis after clinical assessment. By agreeing to a treatment plan, you acknowledge that:

  • You have disclosed your complete and accurate medical history, existing medications and any allergies
  • You will follow the prescribed regimen, dosage and lifestyle advice as directed by the Vaidya
  • You will inform the clinic promptly of any adverse reactions or significant changes in your condition
  • You understand that Ayurvedic treatment is a gradual, holistic process and may require a defined duration to show sustained benefit

Medicines dispensed by the clinic are for the named patient only and must not be shared with others.

6. Payments & Refunds

Fees for consultations, medicines and therapies are communicated in advance and are payable as per the agreed schedule. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees paid towards consultations, treatments or medicines are non-refundable once services have been rendered or products have been dispensed.
