In September 2018, I began experiencing dizziness as soon as I woke up, along with hiccups and a burning sensation in my chest. I consulted our family homeopath, but after about four months of treatment, I didn’t feel any better. She then recommended that I see Dr. Takawale for neck exercises, as she suspected the issue might be related to a cervical disorder. Dr. Takawale also prescribed Ayurvedic medicines and suggested Panchakarma, which provided me with relief for 3-4 months. At the young age of 27, I began suffering from vertigo and sinusitis. Despite taking medications prescribed by my family doctor, the severity of my symptoms only worsened, to the point where I could barely walk properly. I was advised to see an ENT surgeon, who diagnosed me with a deviated nasal septum (DNS) and recommended surgery. However, I was hesitant to undergo surgery, especially since I had a one-year-old baby at the time. Additionally, my family doctor warned me that the septum could grow back after surgery, which only added to my uncertainty.
